The Programme at a Glance

The forum runs for two days, and each day opens with a different question. The first is about what is being built: product teams show their work on stage while investors sit in the same room. The second is about how it gets built — workshops, campus tours and closed mentor sessions.

Both days are arranged on the same principle: short talks, long conversations. No block on stage runs longer than twenty minutes, because the real work of a forum happens in the breaks.

What Happens on Stage

The stage is divided into four blocks, and each builds on the one before it:

Opening talk — the year in figures.
Startup showcase — eight teams, six minutes each.
Panel — an investor, a founder and a city partner at one table.
Closing — the announcement of the next season.

Teams selected for the showcase go through a rehearsal session a week beforehand.

Last year's showcase hall, an hour before the second day opened.

Who Is Taking Part

Founders: teams anywhere between an idea and a Series A.
Educators and researchers: the people joining university labs to industry.
Investors: regional funds and international syndicates.
City partners: the bodies supplying venues and data for pilots — reachable through ytp.az.
