The Mentorship Season: Three Months, Three Questions, One Team
August 18, 20261 mins read
SABAH.HUBSelected teams will work with product, sales and investment mentors over three months.
“A mentor is not the person with the answers. A mentor is the one who asks the right question before you do.”
- Elchin Rzayev, Head of the Mentor Network
How the Season Is Arranged
Selected teams meet a mentor once a week for three months. The meetings are arranged around three subjects, one to a month:
- Product: what we are building, and for whom.
- Sales: where the first ten customers come from.
- Investment: what pays for the next twelve months.
Who the Mentors Are
The network is made up of founders, product leads and investment analysts. All of them volunteer, and each takes only one team a season — which is the only way meetings survive contact with a calendar.
