SABAH.HUB and the Institute of Geology have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing strategic cooperation between the two institutions.

The cooperation is being established within the framework of the SABAH.city innovation city initiative, implemented under the High Technologies Park of the Ministry of Science and Education.

The memorandum aims to align scientific research capabilities with the current needs of industry, facilitate the implementation of joint projects, expand the practical application of research outcomes, and strengthen science-education-industry collaboration.

As part of the cooperation, the parties plan to support scientific and technological innovation, promote the commercialization of research results, facilitate the adoption of new technologies, and implement joint initiatives.

The signed memorandum will contribute to integrating the scientific potential of the Institute of Geology into the innovation environment being developed at SABAH.city, transforming scientific knowledge into technological and economic value, and creating new opportunities for cooperation in geology and related fields.
