1. The online form — team, project and budget.
2. The shortlist — every application is read by two people on the committee.
3. An interview — twenty minutes, with the team together.
4. The decision — sent with written reasoning either way.

• Teams with at least one woman co-founder.
• Projects with a working prototype or first customers.
