Regional partnership forum to be held
SABAH.cityCity, university and industry representatives will meet on joint projects and exchange.
Who Is at the Table
The forum brings three sides together: city bodies, universities and industry. Each brings one subject to the agenda and the other two answer it — a simple rule that keeps a two-day meeting from turning into an announcement.
“A partnership does not begin with a memorandum. It begins the day one person takes another's problem as their own.”
- Gunel Mammadli, Regional Co-operation Co-ordinator
Joint Projects
Four joint projects came out of last year's forum, and three of them are still running. They have one thing in common: each has a single person answerable for it, rather than one from every side.

Day Two: The Exchange
The second day has no stage. Participants split across six tables, and each table takes ninety minutes over one question. What comes out is published after the forum as a one-page document.
This section comes after the pills — a page does not have to end on its tags.
